Our client is an agriculture enterprise specializing in producing carbon credits and leveraging digital technology to facilitate grain transactions for agricultural facilities, farming businesses, and farmers. 

The goal of the client is to help their partners amplify profits while staying compliant with sustainability and social responsibility standards. To achieve this, the client actively engages with agricultural and farming communities, promoting their carbon credit program and offering transparent, trust-based partnerships.

To identify farming fields with the most promising conditions for crop growth, the client was using public data taken from satellites and processed with AI algorithms as well as aggregating data from a number of tools developed for partners and farmers enrolled in different programs. The client then consolidated all that knowledge into a digital system for farmers that allowed them to find the most productive soils for harvesting. Seeing the product’s potential, the client set the course for the solution transformation to:

In a close partnership with the client, Trinetix executed several design, front-end, and back-end transformations for the solution, creating a holistic analytical platform with highly intuitive UX layout that allowed agricultural brands to explore farming businesses within several regions and identify the most fitting partnership candidates.

We examined the client’s solution component by component, identifying capability gaps, areas for improvements, and opportunities for injecting greater value and engaging target groups.  

02. Outlining product design

Following the insights gleaned during the discovery analysis, our UX-design teams developed the product prototype with detailed user journey maps.  

03. Developing functionality

We incorporated the best practices of managing data and connecting it to dashboard functionalities into the digital framework, leveraging the robust technology stack of Python, Angular, and AWS Cloud.  

04. Aggregating data

We enabled a sophisticated logic for gathering and organizing warehouse and open source data into easy-to-interact tiles to enable 360 visibility on potential partnerships within a geographic area of interest.  

With the comprehensive transformation complete, the client’s digital arsenal was now equipped with an innovative analytical platform that allowed the client to bring processors and farmers together, by enabling the former to instantly find farming businesses with offerings meeting all necessary crop criteria: type, volume, quality.
